woo wee! church today! made my debut as lead guitarist for worship. was quite fun. really enjoyed myself during practice. definitely a nice change from just going down to observe. its a real far cry from the real thing. haha. felt awesome to be part of the band. haha. even though i could see aaron was quite stressed. haha. cuz he also debut with me. but could tell he wasnt used to the acoustic role. think he was more the lead role. haha. so anyway. yeah really enjoyed myself on stage. haha. surprisingly i was not nervous on stage at all. haha.
after the youth service. tiang yue spoke to us. hmm. i think it was quite a important issue. yeah. i know that quite a few ppl may be in the worship team with no heart of worship. and of course theres the discipline problem there, where everyones late for worship practice. haha. but seriously, today i think when aaron was playing on stage he tried to clown around a bit? i dunno. but yeah. wat tiang yue said was right, we are the ones leading others to worship. thts important i guess. yeah. oh he mentioned ppl walking out in the middle of main service. hope he wasnt referring to me cuz i went out to help in the children ministry. haha.
yeah i just think i should slowly slowly just serve god in this are of worship. then hopefully i can move on to singing as well, another passion of mine. hahaha. yeahhhh. its the only area where i feel i can offer myself in service to him, the worship ministry. haha.
